A bit about me.
For over 30 years, my work has focused on helping people identify their needs and learn to share them with others. After earning a BA at Northwestern University and working with Fortune 500 companies and non-profits for decades, I earned my MSW from the Silberman School of Social Work. I have since worked in various clinical settings including a domestic violence shelter serving survivors with disabilities and a counseling program at a NYC public school. More recently, I worked as a staff therapist at a community clinic supporting individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns.
I am a licensed LCSW, trained in relational, psychodynamic therapy as well as DBT, CBT, EMDR and other healing-related therapies.
